Deskripsi Umum:

Mesin uji UNIFRAME Universal Automatic tarik dan tekan ini cocok untuk berbagai aplikasi seperti CBR, Marshall, Quick Undrained Triaxial, Flexural, Unconfined compression dan banyak lagi.

Model ini memiliki frame dengan fitur dua kolom kokoh dan kompak yang satukan dengan balok melintang yang dapat diatur ketinggiannya sesuai dengan aksesoris yang akan digunakan. Penekanan dan penarikan dilakukan melalui mesin DC yang dikendalikan dengan microprocessor.

Batang penekan, Mesin DC, dan alat kendali di tempatkan dalam kabinet yang ekonomis. kemudian sistem ‘Closed-loop’ akan memastikan bahwa eksekusi pengujian menjadi akurat baik perpindahannya dan aplikasi pembebanannya. Tidak memerlukan transducer tambahan untuk pengukuran perpindahan. Keruntuhan sampel akan terdeteksi secara otomatis yang kemudian akan menghentikan pengujian. atau sebagai alternative fitur tersebut dapat di ganti dengan batasan jarak perpindahan ataupun waktu tempuh uji.

Software pendukung akan melakukan pengaturan dari kecepatan/pembebanan dan perpindahan/batasan pembebanan, format data, dan pengaturan grafik, dan menyimpan prosedur pengujian(mencapai 10 jenis pengujian yang dapat tersimpan pada memori internal.

Dengan Firmware yang membantu dalam melakukan kalibrasi sampai 4 (dua load cells dan dua potentiometric linear transucers), menyimpan data pada board. Dengan menampilkan grafik sebenarnya pada layar baca/sentuh.
